Bruce Gorter directs the creation and delivery of technology solutions to meet customer needs for online legal information and law firm marketing solutions. He also works across the organization to improve FindLaw's technical infrastructure and systems.

Bruce leads an exceptional team of computer scientists and software engineers who are dedicated to maintaining FindLaw's position as an industry and technology leader.

Before joining FindLaw in 2009, Bruce was vice president of Thomson Online Services, where he developed and maintained the Novus Suite architecture, the underlying search technology platform for many online products across Thomson. He has held many key positions at Thomson West and Thomson Legal & Regulatory since joining the company in 1989.

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from South Dakota State University.
