Jennifer Hauschildt

CTO & Vice President, Technology

Jennifer Hauschildt is responsible for leading FindLaw in delivering technology solutions that support the needs of customers, and help drive FindLaw's achievement of strategic business goals.  She also partners with teams across the organization to implement business process improvements related to technical applications and systems. 

Hauschildt oversees a team of skilled software engineers and computer scientists who are committed to supporting FindLaw's position as an industry and technology leader.

Before joining FindLaw, Hauschildt held leadership positions across Thomson Reuters in the areas of human resources and technology, including vice president of human resources, director of technology strategy and vice president of technology. Hauschildt brings more than 17 years of experience to her role.

Hauschildt earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Gustavus Adolphus College and an MBA from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management.
