Paul Fischer leads a strong and committed finance team whose strategic operational support has been integral to the company's success during a period of rapid growth and development.

In addition to leading the traditional finance and accounting functions, Fischer directs the allocation of investment capital for company growth and efficiency projects. This focus has enabled rapid product development and investments in human capital that have accelerated growth.

Fischer has established effective partnerships with key business leaders and has championed data-driven analysis of trends in sales, customer retention and other business indicators in order to improve decision-making and add value for our customers.

He joined Thomson West in 1996 and has 20 years of experience in various financial leadership roles. He earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of South Dakota and is a CPA (inactive).
