FINDLAW PUTS THE HISTORIC AMISTAD DECISION ONLINE
PALO ALTO, CA -- December 9, 1997 -- FindLaw is pleased to announce that it has made the full-text of the historic U.S. Supreme Court decision regarding the uprising by Africans aboard the schooner Amistad available on the Web. Links to other resources concerning the Amistad are available at FindLaw as well.
The FindLaw case law library also includes a searchable database of U.S. Supreme Court decisions back to 1893 with selected earlier decisions.
