MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Feb. 13, 2003 – FindLaw today announced a marketing agreement with America Online, Inc., the world's leading interactive services company, to deliver legal directory and law firm marketing products and services to the AOL® Yellow Pages Network. This agreement further augments FindLaw's strategy to become the most comprehensive provider of online client development services for law firms and provides consumers with a powerful resource for finding legal services and connecting with attorneys in their area.

Under the agreement, FindLaw will be the exclusive legal reseller of attorney and law firm listings in the top level "featured" section of the AOL Yellow Pages. AOL users also will have access to West Legal Directory®, which provides detailed information on more than one million lawyers and law firms including detailed contact information, practice specialty information, educational background and other credentials. The AOL Yellow Pages are available through AOL, AOL.COM, AOL Local, CompuServe, MapQuest and Netscape.
