FindLaw's Supreme Court Center Has Resources for Full Coverage of 2003-2004 Term
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Oct. 2, 2003 As the U.S. Supreme Court prepares for the opening of its 2003-2004 term next week, FindLaw the leading legal portal and the FindLaw Supreme Court Center stand ready to provide comprehensive information and research resources covering the Court's activities. During the 2003-2004 term, the Supreme Court will hear arguments on a number of critical issues, including Miranda rights, the Americans With Disabilities Act, "knock-and-announce" search warrants, police vehicle checkpoints, age discrimination, congressional redistricting and Freedom of Information Act exemptions used by the Office of Independent Counsel. In addition, the Court will announce its decision on campaign finance reform after hearing arguments last month.
