FindLaw.com to Provide Comprehensive Legal Content to Boulder Business Information, Inc., Publications


EAGAN, Minn., Nov. 5, 2004 -- Business owners along Colorado's front range and throughout Wyoming can now find answers to their pending legal questions. Thomson FindLaw today announced an agreement to provide a comprehensive collection of law-related content and resources from FindLaw.com to Boulder Business Information, Inc., a Boulder, Colo.-based publisher of business journals and directories. Under the agreement, Thomson FindLaw becomes the exclusive provider of legal content to Business Report Daily (www.businessreportdaily.com), The Northern Colorado Business Report (www.ncbr.com), The Boulder County Business Report (www.bcbr.com) and The Wyoming Business Report (www.wyomingbusinessreport.com).

The sites' legal channels, powered by FindLaw.com, provide businesspeople with articles and guides on starting a business; finance, banking and securities; debt and bankruptcy; human resources; small-business legal concerns; business operations; intellectual property; dissolutions; and more. Additional resources made available to these Web sites through the agreement include:

  • FindLaw Business Resource Center
    Comprehensive, authoritative information resources for researching common business legal matters, such as starting a business, employers' rights, immigration, workers compensation, dissolution and more. These resources include free articles and forms, as well as access to West Legal Directory®, the Internet's largest directory of lawyers.
  • FindLaw Breaking Documents
    The full text of original legal and government documents, such as court opinions and government reports, available in connection with breaking news stories.
  • Business Contracts
    A collection of documents and legal agreements from the FindLaw Corporate Counsel Center, a leading source of legal information among corporate counsel.
