If you receive FindLaw Newsletters at a Yahoo email (@yahoo.com) or SBC Global (@sbcglobal.net) account, you may experience problems with FindLaw newsletters.

For example, you may have trouble with the links in the newsletters, or you may see the newsletter content duplicated.

A new Yahoo feature may be connected to the FindLaw newsletter problem you are experiencing.

Here's how you can adjust your Yahoo! or SBC Global email preferences to resolve this problem:

(1) Sign into Yahoo or SBC Global mail and go to your Inbox

(2) Click on the Options link in the upper right corner of the screen

(3) Under the Management column, click on General Preferences

(4) In the Messages section, locate the Yahoo! Shortcuts option

(5) Click on the button that says Do Not Show Me Yahoo! Shortcuts

(6) Click on the Save button at the bottom left of the screen
