Problems Receiving Newsletters

If you have subscribed to FindLaw's newsletters and are not receiving them, your email system's spam filter may be blocking the newsletters.

To resolve this problem, check your Spam, Bulk or Junk mail folders in your email program and if FindLaw newsletters are there, add FindLaw as an Approved Sender. An Approved Sender can be created in most email programs in one of three ways:

(1) Click on the blocked FindLaw newsletter, then select 'Approve Sender' or some other similar function in your email program.

OR

(2) Add FindLaw's mail domain [ @info.legalminds.org ] to the list of approved senders in the email program.

OR

(3) Speak with your office IT/IS administrator to have FindLaw added as an approved sender at the server-level. This information may be helpful:
